Too Far for Spirit Airlines?

Spirit Airlines is infamous for it's brash promotions, marketing and press statements. Last year, when a new federal law went into effect requiring airlines to advertise total fares instead of base fares without tax, Spirit responded by adding a $2 "Department of Transportation Unintended Consequences Fee" to all tickets.

Having recently flown Spirit, we are definitely not fans - huge fees for checked AND carry-on bags, and worst of all, NO recline in the seats at all! But today Spirit released their latest promotion, somehow creating a tie-in between the Anthony Weiner scandal and their sale fares. While we appreciate a joke in questionable taste, it doesn't seem like a great advertising campaign. What do you all think?!
